The site is nestled between the famous Outer Limits and Devil’s Fiddle Ski Trails and adjacent to the Bear Cub Trail.

Through the EB-5 Program, Base Camp at Bear Mountain is seeking capital from up to 20 immigrant investors to fund the construction at the Killington Ski Resort in Killington, Vermont. Fully approved and shovel ready, the Project will create 16.5 jobs per investor, far exceeding the USCIS requirement of 10 jobs per investor.
The Project is located within a rural targeted employment area (“TEA”), which allows immigrant investors to have a preferred position and contribute $800,000 of at-risk capital as opposed to the normal EB-5 Program that requires a minimum of $1.05 million.
