A rural EB-5 investment opportunity in Killington, Vermont

Base Camp at Bear Mountain will be the first true ski-on, ski-off gated community at Killington - the premier ski resort on the East Coast. Located within driving distance from both Boston and New York City, Base Camp is situated at the base of Bear Mountain which is one of the six interconnected mountains at the Killington Ski & Summer Resort. The site is nestled between the famous Outer Limits and Devil’s Fiddle Ski Trails and adjacent to the Bear Cub Trail.

Base Camp townhomes will be brand new, two story, slope side four-bedroom homes with two-car garage parking, home offices, floor-to-ceiling windows, and scenic vistas. The homes have been designed to maximize the views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes, while minimizing the environmental impact around them.

Fusing contemporary design with mountain-modern architecture, the Base Camp townhomes will offer high end interiors and finishes geared towards ski enthusiasts, families, and those seeking a mountain home away from home.

Through the EB-5 Program, Base Camp at Bear Mountain is seeking capital from up to 20 immigrant investors to fund the construction at the Killington Ski Resort in Killington, Vermont. Fully approved and shovel ready, the Project will create 16.5 jobs per investor, far exceeding the USCIS requirement of 10 jobs per investor.

The Project is located within a rural targeted employment area (“TEA”), which allows immigrant investors to have a preferred position and contribute $800,000 of at-risk capital as opposed to the normal EB-5 Program that requires a minimum of $1.05 million.

More information can be found in our EB-5 Project Business Plan, which will be provided to investors as part of the evidence in support of immigrant investor For I-526 petitions to USCIS.
